  1. In the event that Sponsor hires a student mentored through Bell Olive Recruiting's High School Sponsorship Program for a permanent position (full-time or part-time at 20+ hours/week), Sponsor agrees to pay a hiring fee as follows:


Basic Sponsors ($799) Flat Fee

Due within 30 days of hire.



Premier Sponsor ($499) Flat Fee

Due within 30 days of hire.



Enterprise & Platinum Sponsors (No Fee)

No hiring fee applies. This fee compensates Bell Olive Recruiting for candidate sourcing, program administration, and training.
